STR/CoStar reported China hotel data for the week ended July 18th. Hotel RevPAR in China was down 5.3% year-over-year, up against a comp of a decline of 6.9% in the year-ago week. For the 2026 week, occupancy was down 4.1% year-over-year while ADR was down 1.2%.
